For makerspaces, shops & laser studios

Give your shop's laser knowledge one shared home.

Same machines, multiple operators, and no single source of truth means repeated test burns, wasted blanks, slow onboarding, and different results by operator. Team Workspaces turns scattered files, DMs, notebooks, and sticky notes into a shared reference library.

Sound familiar?

Shared laser environments lose time and material when settings live everywhere except the place people actually look.

Knowledge leaves with people

When a staff member, instructor, or veteran member leaves, their material notes and workarounds often leave with them.

New people repeat old tests

New operators spend their first week burning blanks on materials your team has already dialed in.

Consistency should not depend on who is running the laser

Your shop's name is on the finished work. A shared reference library helps different operators start from the same tested settings instead of doing things their own way.

What Team Workspaces gives you

A practical way to keep machines, materials, and operator knowledge aligned.

Shared private material library

Keep your team working from the same internal reference library instead of scattered notes, personal spreadsheets, and one-off files.

Branded public team page

Show what your shop has figured out on `/team/[your-workspace]` as public reference settings for others to evaluate before testing.

Workspace-attributed publishing

Publish under your shop's identity so shared knowledge stays attached to the team, not just the person who entered it.

Roles and email invitations

Invite the right people and give them admin, editor, or viewer access without sharing one login across the shop.

Activity feed

See who changed what and when, so material updates do not disappear into DMs, verbal handoffs, or end-of-day memory.

Admin overview

Give admins one place to see members, shared materials, team publishing activity, and the latest workspace changes.

How it works

Team Workspaces start simple: create the place, add the people, and capture your team's tested settings as work happens.

1

Create your workspace

Name the shop, makerspace, studio, or school workspace your team will share.

2

Invite your team

Bring in operators, instructors, staff, or members with roles that match how they work.

3

Build your shared library

Save your team's tested settings, publish selected references, and make future jobs easier to repeat.

Which plan fits?

Pick based on how settings are used day to day.

Free

For getting started individually, browsing the public library, and saving a small private library.

Pro

For serious individual users who publish more, bookmark more, save searches, and use deeper discovery tools.

Team

For shared machines, shared workflows, and collective knowledge that should survive turnover and busy shop days.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can be in a Team workspace?

Team includes 3 seats. Those seats are intended for the people who need access to the shared workspace and private material library.

Does everyone on the team need their own account?

Yes. Each member uses their own account so roles, invitations, material changes, and activity history can be tied to the right person.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?

Pro is for an individual contributor. Team is for a shared workspace: multiple accounts, one shared private library, team-attributed publishing, member roles, activity visibility, and a branded public team page.

Can we publish settings under our shop's name?

Yes. Team members can publish selected reference settings under the workspace identity so they appear on your public team page instead of only under an individual name.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Canceling stops future billing. Team workspace access is tied to the Team plan, and the product does not currently document a separate cancellation export or automatic deletion flow.

Can our team page be public?

Yes. The public team page shows workspace-attributed public settings. Your private workspace and shared private material library stay separate from that public profile.

Keep the knowledge your shop has already paid to learn.

Give your team one place to keep tested settings, reduce repeated trial runs, and preserve the knowledge your shop builds over time.
